What is included in my registration fee?

Access to all sessions, materials, continental breakfast (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday), lunch (Monday) and reception (Tuesday). Please note that one-day fees include access to one day of sessions and advertised meals for that day.


Cancellations may be made for a full refund, less a $25 processing fee, if received up to 30 calendar days prior to the start of the event. If you cancel less than 30 days before, you may request a 50% credit towards registration fees for the following year (ticketed events are non-refundable). Please email all cancellation notices to Robin Powers at with the name of attendee, company name, reason for cancellation, payment method, phone and email. The Arc reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate. No refunds for no-shows.


To transfer your full registration prior to the Summer Leadership Institute, please submit a written request to On-site transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant.
