*In order to qualify for the member rate, you must be an NCE member in good standing. All CEOs/Executive Directors of affiliated chapters of The Arc are NCE members as well as any staff covered by a NCE Chapter pass. If you are unsure of your NCE status, please contact Dawn Cooper at 202-600-3487 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing up to 30 days prior to the start of the event in order to receive a refund of the full fee, minus a $25 processing fee. If you cancel less than 30 days before, you may request a 50% credit toward registration fees for the following year (ticketed events are non-refundable).
Please email all cancellation and refund requests to Robin Powers at email@example.com. Your request must include the attendee’s full name, company name, reason for cancellation, payment method, phone, and email address. The Arc reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
To transfer your full registration prior to the Summer Leadership Institute, please submit a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. On-site transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
