Safety & Protocol
The NCE Fall Leadership Institute is committed to producing and delivering exceptional programming while focusing on the health and well-being of our attendees. Do not travel to the NCE Fall Institute if you have a positive test result for any illness. You should not participate in sessions if you become sick any time while attending. Please operate on the assumption that there are others present who are at heightened risk for severe illness and conduct yourself accordingly. By presenting yourself at the registration counter, you are confirming that you have observed the precautions described above.

Support and Accommodations
For those who require accessibility accommodations to fully participate in the Fall Leadership Institute, please advise during the registration process for consideration. We cannot guarantee accommodation requests made less than 30 days before the start of the event.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation Request Deadline: Monday, September 30
To receive a refund (minus a $25 cancellation fee), you must submit a cancellation request in writing to [email protected] by Monday, September 30. No refunds will be issued for requests received after the cancellation deadline.
The Fall Leadership Institute reserves the right to review and refund registration fees it deems appropriate. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are gladly accepted.
Transfers
Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
To transfer your full registration prior to the event, please submit a written request to [email protected]. On-site transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation email.

Rights/Usage
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Fall Leadership Institute sessions and networking events constitutes an agreement by the attendee to the use and distribution of the attendee’s image and voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotape of such events and activities by the Fall Leadership Institute and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB, without any compensation or credit to the attendee.
Code of Conduct
The Arc and the National Conference of Executives of The Arc (NCE) are dedicated to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming experience for all Fall Leadership Institute participants. To this end, The Arc and NCE strictly prohibit any act that demeans, menaces, discriminates against, or harasses any Fall Leadership Institute participant, including staff and contractors, based on their sex, gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), creed, veteran status, technology choices, or other characteristic(s). The Arc and NCE expect all event participants to abide by this Code of Conduct while attending any Fall Leadership Institute related sessions and networking events. The Arc and NCE reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and reserve the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.
