Registration Rates and Policies
To complete your registration, make sure to answer all questions and hit the Complete Registration button on the last page. You should receive an email that confirms your registration. Early Bird registration rates expired on Thursday, June 30, 2022. Rates increased after this date.
Online registration is now closed. Attendees can register onsite from July 17 – 20.
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover
Check: To request an invoice, please send an email to Victoria Vo at [email protected]. The check payment MUST be received by July 13, 2022, to participate.
Support and Accommodations
Those requiring accommodations to fully participate in the Summer Leadership Institute, please include them during the registration process for consideration. We cannot guarantee accommodation requests received within 30 days of the start of the event.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by Tuesday, July 5, 2022, to receive a refund. A cancellation fee of $25 will apply to all paid registrations. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Submit all requests to Robin Powers via email at [email protected].
Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Attendee substitutions are gladly accepted. The Summer Leadership Institute reserves the right to review and refund all registration fees it deems appropriate.
To transfer your full registration prior to the event, please submit a written request to [email protected]. On-site transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Questions? Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Summer Leadership Institute sessions and networking events constitutes an agreement by the attendee to the use and distribution of the attendee’s image and voice in promotional materials without any compensation or credit to the attendee.
Code of Conduct
The Arc and the National Conference of Executives (NCE) of The Arc are dedicated to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming experience for all Summer Leadership Institute participants. To this end, The Arc and NCE strictly prohibit any act that demeans, menaces, discriminates against, or harasses any Summer Leadership Institute participant—including Summer Leadership Institute staff and contractors—based on their sex, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), creed, veteran status, technology choices, or other characteristic(s). The Arc and NCE expects all Summer Leadership Institute participants to abide by this Code of Conduct while attending any Summer Leadership Institute related sessions and networking events. The Arc and NCE reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, and reserve the right to prohibit attendance at any future meeting, virtually or in person.
