Why Attend?
At the Fall Leadership Institute, leaders and professionals from across the disability sector gain valuable knowledge of current issues facing the disability community, engage in constructive dialogue and discussion, and receive resources to further develop and hone their professional skills.
This year’s event focuses on the most pressing issues affecting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and the broader IDD community, including board development, staff recruitment and retention, leadership training, delivering quality support services, the DSP workforce crisis, and much more.
New this year, our event has moved to the fall so it can run in a back-to-back format with The Arc’s National Convention, making it easy to attend both events.
Spend your first two days in the smaller, more intimate setting of the Fall Leadership Institute, then join the larger National Convention for the second half of the week to connect and celebrate our progress with people with IDD, their families, and the broader disability community!

Registration Rates
Full registration includes access to all sessions, meeting materials, and advertised meals. One-day registration includes access to one day of sessions and advertised meals for that day.
